As far as using Microsoft word, i have been using it basically my entire life since the age of 12. Microsoft word is where I write all of my papers, take notes for classes, and generate ideas for projects. I have performed pretty much every task possible on Microsoft word and it is the software I am the most experienced with. I prefer Microsoft word over Pages and Google Docs because it is something that comes with every Microsoft software and has been accessible to me for my whole life.
The standard that I believe is the most important in the ISTE Standards for Educators would be the Collaborator one. I believe that creating the best learning plan comes from bouncing off of the ideas of collogues to make an ultimate curriculum to help everyones learning. By doing so you make the jobs of the educators easier and make the learning of the students the most successful. Creating curriculums that support standard benchmarks of learning and testing should be the number one priority when deciding what matters in a student's education.

I disagree with the fact that he creates absolutes such as People born into a time when internet technology already existed can use it better. while this could be a general conscience or quite common, I do not think you can put absolutes in the answer to any of questions. I have seen the difference between the mastery of technology for example between my parents and grandparents, but I do not believe this is always the case.
