     The first standard that I believe is worth noting and is listed is "Describe how technology has changed the way people build and manage organizations and how technology impacts a personal life". This standard discusses how computer databases, websites, and company software's have helped make companies more successful. Based on my current skill set, I could definitely imply many reasons why computer technology is vital to success in today's work force.

    The standard I will be looking at is one of the English standards from grade two. I believe reading is one of if not the most vital skill in education. To be able to read, comprehend, and analyze new material is extremely important to one's learning. Because of this I will create workshops for the students, analyzing short stories so that they can practice comprehension skills. I would also ask them to read 30 minutes every night and at the end of class each day 20 minutes of reading and journaling what they see.

     From the newsletter assignment, I learned how to use Canva. Canva is one of the few platforms that I was unfamiliar with. I learned how to create a banner and design a news sheet. I can use these skills for my job in the future as I will need to create business cards and flyers, and this could be an easy and accessible way of doing so.
